Marty has over 32 years experience in the recruiting industry and is passionate about connecting people. After college, she began work with a personnel agency in the city and she has been in the recruiting industry ever since.
Prior to founding The Employment Line, she was with several agencies as a recruiter, a sales representative and also as a sales manager for a large personnel organization.
Marty graduated Cum Laude with an Anthropology degree from Hunter College and she has served on the Board of the Hunter College Alumni Association. Along with traveling extensively in the Far East and Europe, Marty is also an actress who has appeared off-Broadway and in film. Her most recent appearance was in a feature film, Aunt Rose. She played the title character, Aunt Rose.
