Marty, a founder of the The Employment Line, is passionate about recruiting. Her first job after college was with a NYC personnel agency and she has been in the recruiting industry ever since. Before forming The Employment Line, she worked with several agencies as a recruiter, a sales representative and also as a sales manager for a large personnel organization. Marty has over 32 years experience helping people find jobs in the New York metro area.
Marty's alma mater is Hunter College. She graduated Cum Laude with an Anthropology degree and has served on its Board Alumni Association. Besides having traveled extensively in the Far East and Europe, Marty once was a United Airlines flight attendant. Along with her executive talent, Marty is also an actress who has appeared off-Broadway and in film. Her most recent appearance was in a feature film, Aunt Rose. She played the title character, Aunt Rose.
