you call several times a week or just once a year, your
temp order receives the same concern from our placement
counselors. They will make every effort to see that they
place the right person with the right skills and personality
in your office to do the job you need completed. |

Temp-To-Hire Policy
Hiring
a new employee can be a costly process so you want to be
as certain as you possibly can that the person you put on
the payroll will do the job properly and be a productive
member of the staff. That’s where our TEMP-TO-HIRE program
really works for you. We’ll do a comprehensive search for
the right person to fill your job. We’ll submit resumes
so that you are assured of being in control of the hiring
process. The applicant you consider “right” for the position
can go to work in your office as a temporary employee, on
our payroll, for an agreed specific amount of time so that
they can be tested on the job. When, at the end of the trial
period you are satisfied that the employee will succeed,
he or she can be transferred to your staff without additional
fee. If you decide that you want to hire the employee before
the agreed termination date, we’ll reduce the placement
fee. If, at any time, the employee does not satisfy your
criteria, we will replace him/her until you are contented
that you’ve got the right person for the work to be done.
