The Employment Line is a highly professional, recruitment consultant service established in 1995.

Together, the founders have over 40 years experience in the recruitment industry. They bring that background and accumulated knowledge to the important task of staffing our agency with concerned, knowledgeable people.

Our business depends on satisfying two constituencies: employers and applicants. We pay careful attention to the employer's job specifications, and we’re equally concerned about the wants and needs of the employees we represent.

The Employment Line in-house staff is an intentionally diverse group of people with a broad range of experience.

While we have extensive recruitment agency background we also have staff members who have experience in corporate and non-profit human resources environments.

We are a pro-active, energetic group committed to excellence in the office as well as our society. Staff members are involved in charitable and community organizations, and the promotion of the arts. They are well-traveled, some are multi-lingual.  All are committed to diversity.
